Device Conditions

Our devices come in five different conditions, all of which are fully functional, tested, and cleaned:

Brand New – Arrives in its original sealed box with all accessories. Essentially, it’s as good as new.

Premium – At least 90% battery health, a flawless screen with no scratches, and barely noticeable signs of wear on the case/body from a distance of 12 inches. It looks and feels like new.

Pristine – No scratches, in excellent condition with at least 80% battery health.

Excellent – Minor scratches and signs of wear that are only visible from a distance of 20cm, with at least 80% battery health.

Good – Visible light scratches and small dings, but no major dents, bends, or deep chips, with at least 80% battery health.

Acceptable – Visible scratches and potentially some dents, but fully functional, tested, and cleaned, with at least 80% battery health.
